Six points, three from each half of the chapter.

A supervising lawyer who lets a nonlawyer run client relationships is personally subject to discipline; no responsibility transfers to the nonlawyer.
Fee forfeiture is the exam's usual sanction when a lawyer practices in an unauthorized jurisdiction.
Temporary cross-border work requires the RAMS gate (admitted in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, not disbarred or suspended anywhere) and one of the four doors (R, A, M, or S).
Advertising in a jurisdiction where not admitted breaches Rule 5.5(b)(2) once it represents that the lawyer is admitted there, and triggers discipline in both states.
The in-house exception under Rule 5.5(d) permits a standing advisory office but stops at the courthouse — litigation requires pro hac vice or local bar admission.
