Six points, and the second is the one permission on the list.

A lawyer may not share legal fees with a nonlawyer outside Rule 5.4(a)'s four exceptions, nor practice in a for-profit law corporation or association where a nonlawyer owns any interest, save the fiduciary carve-out.
Under Rule 5.4(c) a lawyer may not permit a person who recommends, employs, or pays the lawyer to direct or regulate professional judgment; Rule 5.4 contains no consent exception.
A lawyer may co-own a non-law business with nonlawyers, so long as none of its activities constitutes legal practice; where it provides law-related services, Rule 5.7 can still carry the Model Rules into it.
Managers must build compliance systems; a clean track record without those systems is no defense under Rule 5.1.
Subordinates remain personally bound by the Rules; the Rule 5.2 safe harbor covers only genuinely arguable questions, never clear violations.
A Rule 1.17 practice sale requires all four conditions — the seller ceases private practice in the area sold; the entire practice or area is sold to one or more lawyers or firms; each client receives written notice with a 90-day consent window; and no fee increase results from the sale — retaining one transferable matter voids it.
The Model Rules travel with law-related services on either Rule 5.7 trigger: services not distinct from legal work, or a lawyer-controlled entity whose recipients were not told the client-lawyer protections do not apply.
