Seven points, and the first two are about getting in:

Concealment on the bar application is its own basis for denial, even if the concealed act would not itself have been disqualifying.
A citizenship requirement is unconstitutional (Griffiths); a residency requirement fails the Privileges and Immunities Clause unless the state shows a substantial reason closely tied to it, which none has (Piper).
Discipline may follow a lawyer in every admitting state and every state where legal services were provided or offered.
Rule 8.5: conduct connected to a matter pending before a tribunal follows the tribunal's state, unless the rules of the tribunal provide otherwise; other conduct follows where it occurred, unless the predominant effect falls elsewhere.
Rule 8.3 mandatory reporting requires actual knowledge AND a substantial fitness question; the duty yields to information Rule 1.6 protects, from any client, and to information gained in an approved lawyers' assistance program.
Rule 8.4 dishonesty is complete at the moment of the false statement — no harm, no reliance, and no connection to legal practice are required.
Rule 8.1 (admission and discipline, applicant or lawyer): no knowing false statement of material fact; no failure to correct a misapprehension known by the person to have arisen in the matter; no knowing failure to respond to a lawful demand; Rule 1.6 information stays protected.

Ticks are remembered on this device, not in your account.
